Harley Reed was founded in the UK in 1991 by Thomas Tagoe, the current chairman of Harley Reed International. Shortly afterwards, the Ghana office was opened and the international aspect of Harley Reed’s work began to flourish. Now based in 7 countries, Harley Reed intends to further expand its operations in emerging markets.
