TOM TAGOE RMN MCIPS DMS MBA
Group Chairman - Harley Reed International Tom is the founder of the Harley Reed group of companies. In a business career spanning over 30 years, Tom has adopted an entrepreneurial approach to develop and operate a number of companies in a range of sectors. Tom actively consults and trains in a variety of fields including procurement, finance, change management, policy and strategy and additionally holds a number of senior positions in public and private sector organisations as well as a number of charities. He is a qualified mental health nurse, accountant, holder of an MBA and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply. Tom serves as Chairman of the Board for Harley Reed International, and all its subsidiary companies. |

WILLIAM TAGOE DipFM MA(cantab) MEng CA
Chief Operating Officer, Harley Reed International William trained as an Engineer at Cambridge University, and subsequently he joined Ernst & Young in London where he gained his Chartered Accountant qualification. William has a background in Corporate Finance, and in particular corporate and private equity transactions, business restructuring, financial due diligence and operational due diligence. He has worked on a broad range of assignments spanning a range of sectors and countries. William is Chief Operating Officer of the Group, and serves as a non-executive board member for the subsidiary companies. |

ADO DANJUMA BSc MBA
Managing Director, Harley Reed (Nigeria) Ado is the Managing Director of Harley Reed (Nigeria). Ado has over 20 years of banking sector experience having held senior management positions at Habib Nigeria Bank, and latterly the public sector divisional director of Bank PHB. He also has first hand transactional experience having being heavily involved in the merger of Habib Nigeria Bank with Platinum Bank Plc, carrying out due diligence and transaction integration roles. Ado specialises in the delivery of advisory services, with particular focus on corporate strategy and microfinance initiatives. Ado holds and MBA from Bayero University as well as a BSc in Economics. |

PETER MABE H.Dip Tax Law BCom MBA
Managing Director, Harley Reed (South Africa) Peter is a proven accounting, finance, human resources and tax specialist with over 25 years experience in key leadership and management positions. Prior to joining Harley Reed, Peter worked with a variety of multi-nationals such as Shell Oil and Lucent Technologies as well as privatised South African companies. Peter's sector experience includes that of the oil and gas, telecommunications, real-estate, breweries and development consultancy sectors. |

THOMAS DANIEL BCom FCA CPA(M) ACMI
Vice Chairman, Harley Reed (Malawi) Tom is an experienced consultant and leading businessman in Malawi. His broad experience spans accounting standards and accounting needs, insurance, banking, property, and hotel operations. Tom was also the Financial Director of NICO at the time of its listing on the Malawi Stock Exchange – the first listing of the Exchange. He has also set up Employee Share Schemes and Employee Participation Schemes for the likes of NIC, Stanbic Bank, Blantyre hotels, and BP. He has worked across South, East and Central Africa through corporate finance advisory services. His board experience includes NICO Holdings, NBS Bank, Blantyre Hotels Limited , the Malawi Stock Exchange, Broll (Malawi) Ltd, and STANBIC Bank Malawi. Tom holds a BCom degree (Management Accountancy and Audit) and is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Member of the Society of Accountants of Malawi, and Associate Member of the British Institute of Management. |

DIVINE D DAWLAH CA
Managing Director, Harley Reed (Ghana) Divine (“D.D”) has extensive experience in the field of auditing. He previously served as Senior Partner of AT-Ernst Dawlah, an audit firm founded in 1976 and arguably, the last surviving indigenous audit practice in Ghana. The practice has conducted a wide range of high profile assignments for institutions such as Ghana Atomic Energy Commission, Oil Channel Limited, Allied Oil Company Limited, Precious Minerals Marketing Company Limited, Letap Group of Companies and Poly Group of Companies. He has also conducted work for the DFID, DANIDA, IFA, Auditor General, and various other government departments and international development partners. DD is a Chartered Accountant and an audit practicing certificate holder. |

HONOUR MKUSHI LLB (Hons)
Vice Chairman, Harley Reed (Zimbabwe) Honour holds an LLB (Hons) London Degree and is an Advocate of the High Court of Zimbabwe. He has been in private legal practice since 1971 and has an immaculate professional record with the Law Society of Zimbabwe. He is the Senior Partner of Sawyer and Mkushi Legal Practitioners, Attorneys, Notaries and Conveyancers. His experience in Constitutional law includes attending as part of legal advisory team at constitutional conferences held in Geneva and at Lancaster House London in the 1970s to negotiate independence for Zimbabwe and draft the Independence Constitution. He was also the Commissioner for the drafting of the new constitution for Zimbabwe in 1999. He has served as Chairman of boards of Directors for the Standard Chartered Bank of Zimbabwe Limited, Windmill (Private) Limited, Marsh Insurance Brokers, Nissan Clover Leaf motors, Central Africa Cables Limited, Lindsay Chemie Pharmaceuticals Limited. |
