The Hastings and Rother Community Banking Partnership has been formed to help develop affordable, relevant and convenient financial services to communities and individuals who for a variety of reasons either cannot or will not use conventional "high street" financial services and often find themselves in an extremely vulnerable position as a result. The Community Banking Partnership aims to make affordable loans, provide basic banking services and accessible financial and debt advice.
Post implementation, Harley Reed has been appointed as a member of the steering group.
