TOM TAGOE RMN MCIPS DMS MBA
Group Chairman
Tom is the founder of the Harley Reed group of companies. In a business career spanning over 30 years, Tom has adopted an entrepreneurial approach to develop and operate a number of companies in a range of sectors.

Tom actively consults and trains in a variety of fields including procurement, finance, change management, policy and strategy and additionally holds a number of senior positions in public and private sector organisations as well as a number of charities.

WILLIAM TAGOE DipFM MA(cantab) MEng CA
Director and Chief Operating Officer, Harley Reed International
William trained as an Engineer at Cambridge University, and subsequently he joined Ernst & Young in London where he gained his Chartered Accountant qualification.

William has a background in Corporate Finance, and in particular corporate and private equity transactions, business restructuring, financial due diligence and operational due diligence. He has worked on a broad range of assignments spanning a range of sectors and countries.

VINYO AIDAM BSc FCCA
Managing Director, Harley Reed (UK)
A Chartered Certified Accountant by profession, Vinyo has worked in practice and in the commercial sector for the past 15 years.

Through her career she has worked as a financial consultant supporting strategy development initiatives for private and public sector organisations combined with senior management positions in SME companies.

She maintains a keen interest in social enterprise and community regeneration; micro-finance initiatives and gender issues; and diversity and equal opportunity issues and acts as financial consultant-trainer for a range of third sector organisations.

PAUL HAMMOND LLM IPMA MBA FCIB
Managing Director, Harley Reed (Ghana)
Paul holds a Masters in Business Administration as well as a Master of Laws degree in Information Technology and Telecommunications.

Paul’s background is in credit risk management, corporate banking, venture capital and training provision having led and managed multi-million dollar financial consulting projects in Ghana involving Fidelity Bank, Ghanaian Ministry of Public Sector Reforms, Merchant Bank Ghana, the Volta River Authority and international organisations including DFID and the Standard Bank Investment Corporation, London.

A seasoned training strategist, he has led and managed educational programmes for a variety of public sector institutes including The Chartered Institute of Bankers (Ghana), the National Banking College (Ghana) and the Chartered Institute of Administration and Management Consultants (Ghana).

Paul was also formerly the executive head of Barclays Bank (Ghana) having held a variety of management positions over the course of 29 years with the company.

ADO DANJUMA BSc MBA
Managing Director, Harley Reed (Nigeria)
Ado is the Managing Director of Harley Reed (Nigeria). Ado has over 20 years of banking sector experience having held senior management positions at Habib Nigeria Bank, and latterly the public sector divisional director of Bank PHB. He also has first hand transactional experience having being heavily involved in the merger of Habib Nigeria Bank with Platinum Bank Plc, carrying out due diligence and transaction integration roles.

Ado specialises in the delivery of advisory services, with particular focus on corporate strategy and microfinance initiatives. Ado holds and MBA from Bayero University as well as a BSc in Economics.

PETER MABE H.Dip Tax Law BCom MBA
Managing Director, Harley Reed (South Africa)
Peter is a proven accounting, finance, human resources and tax specialist with over 25 years experience in key leadership and management positions. Prior to joining Harley Reed, Peter worked with a variety of multi-nationals such as Shell Oil and Lucent Technologies as well as privatised South African companies.

Peter's sector experience includes that of the oil and gas, telecommunications, real-estate, breweries and development consultancy sectors.
