Feb-08: Harley Reed (Ghana) appointed to deliver training to District Works Department

Harley Reed was engaged by the Ministry of Transportation to conduct a report writing and presentation skills training course to the District Works Department in the Northern region ofGhana. The programme was co-sponsored by DANIDA.
