Mar-11: Harley Reed incorporated in Zimbabwe

Harley Reed has incorporated in Zimbabwe and is making final preparations to commence business in the summer of 2011. Initial focus will be on procurement capacity building and procurement agency, supported by a full suite of management development programmes and training interventions.
