Apr-11: Harley Reed (Ghana) acquires audit practice AT-Ernest Dawlah

The board of Harley Reed (Ghana) is delighted to announce the acquisition of AT-Ernest Dawlah (formerly Arthur, Tawia & Partners - established in 1976).

AT-Ernest Dawlah (formerly Arthur, Tawia & Partners) is a Firm of Chartered Accountants with extensive experience in accounting and management consulting. It provides Tax, Audit, Business Advisory and Specialty Consulting Services. Established in 1976 and can arguably be said to be the only indigenous firm to successfully survive the founding members. Under the dynamic leadership of the managing partner, Mr. Divine D. Dawlah, the practice has matured from the traditional audit practice base to include divestiture and consulting services. Clients include a number of major listed companies forming part of the Club 100.

Mr. Dawlah will become an Executive Director of Harley Reed.
